The film records an 82-year-old man, named Guangming Ma who has been repairing old electrical appliances for more than 20 years without any payment.
It took us one week to search the information and write outlines. After getting his permission, we spent a whole day taking tracking shots from his home to his workplace, recording all the things happened during his work time. We also interviewed Ma about his experience and deep-heart emotions related to this work. The next few days, we edited and titled the materials together.
This short film was shown at a voluntary ceremony in Xicheng District.
